The beauty of natural material aesthetics aside, strength and structure were just as important in the design and construction plan. The underneath area of the deck along with its footings were replaced to ensure excellent structural shape and long-term functionality. A swing door protected storage area was added below the porch to safely put away those outdoor seasonal items while not in use.

The custom designed stacked stone fireplace with its all-weather television installation was highlighted with recessed can lighting and ceiling fans for added enjoyment.
